Guideline for Camera-Ready Submission – MIND 2025
1. Prepare Your Camera-Ready Paper
• Use the official IEEE conference templates:
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
• Length requirements:
Long paper: up to 6 pages
Short paper: up to 2 pages
(including all text, figures, and references)
• Ensure that fonts, margins, and references strictly comply with IEEE guidelines.
2. Log in to the Submission System
• Go to: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/MIND2025/Submission/Index
• Log in using the same account you used for submission.
• Select the Author role in the top-right corner.
3. Create Camera-Ready Submission
• In your Author Console, find your accepted paper.
• Click Create Camera Ready Submission.
• Upload the following files:
PDF version of your camera-ready paper (final checked file).
4. Submit Before Deadline
• The system closes for uploads on: August 31, 2025 (23:59 AoE)
• Late submissions cannot be included in the proceedings.
