Congratulations on having your paper accepted to the 2025 International Conference on Machine Intelligence and Nature-Inspired Computing (MIND 2025) !
Please review the following essential details regarding the poster session schedule.
Session Details
• Date: November 1, 2025 (Saturday)
• Time:17:00 - 18:00
Poster Requirements and Submission
The Organizing Committee is pleased to offer complimentary printing and placement for all accepted posters. Authors do not need to print their own posters, but must provide the electronic version of the poster as follows.
• Required Size: Posters must be 594 mm x 841 mm (A1 size).
• Orientation: All posters must use a Vertical orientation.
• Submission Format: Please name your high-resolution electronic version file as Paper ID+Title and send it to the email: icmind2025@gmail.com.
• Submission Deadline: Please submit your poster content by October 15th.
• Setup: The Committee will place your printed poster in the designated area prior to the session.
